Unfortunately for one reason or another these things will happen. If this situation does occur, please take a look at the following information. For further advice please feel free to get in touch.
Orders usually take between 1-2 weeks before they begin being transferred. If you’d like to cancel your order then please do so by either calling us on 01623 707018 to discuss or by email at email@example.com within 1 week of placing the order. By doing so you will receive a full refund with the return of your order minus the cost to return the package to you.
If we have started to transfer your order before you call us to cancel then we’ll try to arrange something with you to suit your situation, but in most cases will just minus the cost of the work thats been done aready from your refund.

If you have received your order and there are any problems then please get in touch with us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 week of received the order back.
Any problems or errors caused by ANU Media will be dealt with and we will provide a replacement copy of any defective discs straight away or try and resolve the issue the best way we can otherwise.
If there is anything wrong with your order that we cannot fix here then we will provide a full refund minus the cost of return delivery.
It’s very rare that we have any issues with the transfers we provide and a refund is only an option in extreme cases. If nothing can be done to resolve an issue then the option of a refund will be available.
